Our Services may allow you to upload, submit, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Eightcube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content to operate and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Any images, videos, or other media generated using Eightcube’s AI-powered platform are the exclusive property of Eightcube.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Eightcube retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all AI-generated content.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated visuals for personal or business purposes.
• Users cannot claim copyright, modify proprietary elements, or resell AI-generated content without prior written authorization.

This ensures that Eightcube’s AI innovations remain proprietary while allowing users to benefit from high-quality visuals.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property, are owned by Eightcube or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive,non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from Eightcube-generated content

This ensures that Eightcube’s AI innovations remain proprietary while allowing users to benefit from high-quality visuals.

Eligibility for rewards is subject to Eightcube’s verification, and all decisions regarding qualification and distribution are final.Eightcube may modify, suspend, or terminate any rewards at any time without prior notice.Any fraudulent activity or abuse will result in disqualification.Eightcube reserves the right to modify program terms or terminate participation at its sole discretion.Discounts cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions.If a user qualifies for multiple promotions, only the highest discount will apply.If discounts are of equal value, only one will be applied, and others will be voided.By participating, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that Eightcube is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or unforeseen circumstances affecting reward fulfillment.All sales are final and non- refundable.

8.1. First 10,000 Users Waitlist Rewards

• Early VIP access is non-transferable and allows entry one week before the public launch. Access dates are subject to change, and participation does not guarantee continued access to beta features or future updates.
• Bonus image generations (10 extra) and premium templates, which will be selected by Eightcube, are non-transferable and have no cash value

8.2. Referral Program

Referrer Terms

• The referral program is available only during the waitlist phase and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at Eightcube’s discretion without prior notice.
• Each user may refer up to 10 friends. Rewards will be granted only after the product launch.
• To qualify, referred users must join the waitlist using the referral code and complete onboarding. Users who sign up without the referral code will not be counted as referrals.
• The discount applies to the first three months of a monthly subscription or the first year of an annual subscription and is available upon checkout after the public launch.
• The discount must be used within 90 days of the public launch.
• The discount is only valid for new customers purchasing an auto-renewing plan.
• The discount is single-use.

Referred User Terms

• The referral discount is only valid for new customers purchasing an auto-renewing plan, referred by an existing user.
• To qualify, users must join the waitlist using the referral code and complete onboarding. Users who sign up without the referral code will not receive the discount.
• A 5% discount applies to the first three months of a monthly subscription or the first year of an annual subscription and is available upon checkout after the public launch.
• The discount must be used within 90 days of the public launch.
• The discount is single-use.

8.3.Affiliate Program

Affiliate Terms

• By participating in Eightcube’s Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with all program terms, including ethical promotion, legal compliance, and responsible use of marketing materials.
• Full terms are detailed in the executed Affiliate Partner Agreement by the affiliates.

Referred Terms

• The reward (if any) for a referred user is determined by the executed Affiliate Partner Agreement between Eightcube and the affiliate.
• In some cases, there may be no reward for the referred user.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases made through our platform. If you experience issues with your purchase, please contact our support team at info@eightcube.ai for assistance.

Subscription prices are subject to change at any time at Eightcube’s sole discretion. Any price changes will be communicated to users in advance where required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eightcube shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, or data.
• Unauthorized access to or use of personal information.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or errors, including those caused by third-party integrations.

Eightcube disclaims all liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall Eightcube, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred from the use or inability to use the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eightcube, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of but not limited to:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any infringement of intellectual property rights related to your use of our platform.

Eightcube shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, technical failures, labor disputes, or acts of God.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), conducted in Singapore. The arbitration will be in English, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated via email or platform notifications. We encourage users to review this policy regularly. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
